Your realtor will have an idea of what services are best for your commercial space. At the least, still images are necessary. Many people also add a 360 walkthrough tour, a walkthrough video, a floor plan or a combination of some or all of these services. Aerial images are recommended if the exterior of the property is a selling point. If you know you want several of the services, be sure to book them all at the same time as you will get a better price if the photographer doesn't have to make another trip.

It’s best to wait a few hours after the sun has come up so that we can utilize as much natural light as possible. I do use flash in my images, but I mix it with natural light. Ideally, it’s best to shoot between 9:30 am to late afternoon. The light of course changes in the winter as it gets dark sooner.

The day before or morning of your photo session, have your commercial property professionally cleaned. The space should be clear of clutter, trash cans, Kleenex boxes and anything else that looks unsightly or inappropriate. The less the better. When in doubt, get rid of it. Turn all lights on and put blinds up.

Licensing is granted for marketing purposes and lasts for the duration the property is actively listed.
